Directions:

Mix content of one sachet with 100ml of cold water. Give it a stir and enjoy. Follow with a glass of water and drink plenty throughout the day.

+ For weight loss‡ the recommended daily dose is 3 x 1 sachets per day, taken 20 minutes before each main meal.

+ For increased fibre intake, we recommend one sachet per day, preferably in the morning, depending on your requirements.

‡ Glucomannan contributes to weight loss when paired with an energy-restricted diet. The beneficial effect of Glucomannan is obtained with a daily intake of 3g in three doses of 1g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals.

*Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Not suitable for children. Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects. There is a risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties and when ingested with inadequate fluid intake. Take with plenty of water to make sure the product has reached the stomach.
