Advisory Information:
Adults and the elderly: take 2 tablets 1 hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the stated dose.
Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years. Do not take more medicine than the amount recommended above. Do not take if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not take if you are already taking a medicine for sleep or anxiety.
Directions:
For oral use. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew.
