Phizz isn’t just a hydration enhancer, it’s also a comprehensive multivitamin. Each tablet contains 7 key electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium, zinc, copper, and manganese) and 18 essential multi-vitamins & minerals, including Vitamin C and Vitamin B12.

Directions:
