Directions:
Store dry. Soak in water for 10 minutes until the protein has rehydrated, then drain. Heat in a pan and use in your favourite recipe.

Was unsure, however gave them a try. Softer than Soy and needed extra flavouring to the dish, however overall a nice change. Probably kinder to the plant too 🤷♀️

I have never used this product on its own ..so can’t judge on how it is neat … I use this to add to minced meat to make it go further and add some sneaky veg to the no greens brigade, works really well and haven’t been called out so far. I have used quorn in the past but now…
