Rhodiola rosea, often called "golden root" or "Arctic root", is one of the most well-known adaptogens with a history of use spanning centuries. Traditionally valued for helping the body handle physical and mental stress, this remarkable herb has been used across cultures from Scandinavia to Asia.
Together Health's high-strength Rhodiola extract is standardised to 3% rosavins and 1% salidrosides. Rosavins are unique to Rhodiola rosea and are an accepted marker for genetically pure extracts. This full spectrum extract contains flavonoids, triterpenes, tannins and the most valuable bioactive compounds in their natural balance.
The active nutrients are extracted naturally without synthetic solvents or chemicals. Sustainably grown and harvested roots are gently processed to preserve the plant's natural complexity.

Directions:
