How to Use

• For Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser or oil burner filled with water to release its crisp, clarifying herbal scent.
• For Massage: Dilute at a ratio of 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of a suitable carrier oil (such as sweet almond or jojoba oil) before gently massaging into the skin.
