Ginger Root Extract 10:1 (5 g Ginger Root), Maltodextrin, Cellulose (HPMC).

Do not use if:
- you are allergic to any of the ingredients
- if you have any obstruction of any of the digestive tract
- if you suffer from gallstones
- if you are under 12 years of age

Take 2 capsules approximately half an hour to one hour before travelling. Repeat after 4 hours if required. Do not take more than 4 capsules per day.
