TO REFILL:

Start with a clean and dry empty bottle.

1. Snip a small hole in the corner of the refill pouch and carefully squeeze the contents into the jar.
2. Remove the sticker with the batch number from the pouch to keep.
3. The empty pouch can go into the recycling or regular bin and will biodegrade within 1-2 years. The cardboard box can be recycled.

AS A CONDITIONER: After shampooing, apply to hair (avoiding the scalp), leave on for at least 1 minute. Rinse out thoroughly, leaving no residue.

AS A TREATMENT: Before shampooing, apply to dry hair, leave on for at least 20 mins. Can be left on overnight (let it dry into hair before bed). Rinse out, shampoo and condition as usual.
