Xylitol, mannitol (naturally sourced sweeteners), magnesium citrate, Lemon Balm extract (Melissa officinalis) 9.5%, L-tryptophan 6%, Lettuce extract (Lactuca sativa) 3.8%, natural orange flavour and other natural flavours, gum arabic (thickener), magnesium stearate (glazing agent), citric acid and steviol glycoside from stevia (sweetener).

Directions:
