What Is It:

A liquid iron and vitamin formula that helps reduce tiredness and fatigue by delivering organic iron (ferrous gluconate) with vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C. Nutrients are pre‑dissolved for faster absorption than tablets and it contains no alcohol, preservatives or colourings.

How To Use:

Shake well. Do not drink from the bottle; use the measuring cap provided. Take on an empty stomach approx. 30 min before a meal. Adults & children from 12 years: 10 ml twice daily; children 6–11 years: 10 ml once daily; 3–5 years: 5 ml once daily.

Mixture of Fruit Juice Concentrates and Fruit Juices (29%): Pear, Grape, Blackcurrant, Blackberry, Cherry, Orange, Red Beet, Lemon, with Carob Extract, Natural Flavour, Apple Extract. Aqueous Yeast Extract, Honey, Rosehip Juice Concentrate (0.9%), Ferrous Gluconate (Iron), L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Wheat Germ Extract, Natural Flavours, Thiamin Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin 5’-Phosphate, Sodium (Vitamin B2), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).
