Sea salt, Potato starch, Hydrolysed vegetable protein (containing Soya), Vegetable oil (sunflower, rapeseed), Vegetables 7% (onion, parsnip, carrot, leek), Celery seed, Parsley, Turmeric, White pepper, Garlic, Mace, Lovage, Nutmeg.

Directions:
As stock: 4 level tsp (20g) per litre. As seasoning: Sprinkle lightly to enhance the flavour of all savoury dishes. As hot drink: 1 level tsp (5g) per cup of boiled water.
