As part of the “sugar alcohol” family, Erythritol is a naturally derived sugar from fruit and plants and passes straight through your body undigested. This makes it the perfect sugar alternative for anyone reducing calories and their sugar intake. Erythritol is 70% the sweetness of sugar so you need to use 130g of erythritol for every 100g of sugar in baking.
