Directions:

Apply the balm directly to areas prone to tension: massage onto the forehead, temples and along the nape of the neck, on either side of the cervical spine. From the age of 7: once daily max; 10 years & +: 2 times/day max; 12 years & +: 3 times/day max. Wash hands after applying.
