Directions:

Apply the stick directly to areas prone to tension: massage onto the forehead, temples and along the nape of the neck, on either side of the cervical spine. Max. 3 times a day. Frequent use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply to the eye area. In the event of contact with eyes, wash thoroughly with water.
